What makes your products or services unique? What will people get from your business that they won’t get elsewhere?

I paint abstract landscapes in oils and watercolors. They blur the line between minimalism, impressionism, and cubism. I use shape, line, texture, and color to strip away reality and suggest a feeling of magic and other-worldliness in ordinary places.

What inspires your work?

I’m inspired by how a memory of a place is incomplete and mixes and mingles with imagination. I am interested in the holes in my own memory, especially when remembering the cloudy landscapes of Western PA.

How can people best support you or your community as we recover from the pandemic?

Buy a painting for themselves! And if they can’t do that, follow me on Instagram and let me know what artworks they like. It’s always nice to hear from the community what paintings resonate with them.
